How long does it take to process the applications?

It varies based on the type of the e-Service you apply. It goes through multiple processes. You may track progress from my profile section. You will also receive SMS and Email updates on your registered details.

Do I need to visit AHSEC for further processing of the applications submitted by me?

It depends. For e-Services of correction of documents, and Migration Certificate, you will have to submit original documents either via postal or physically at AHSEC.
Moreover if you choose delivery menthod as "Deliver to My Postal Address", while submitting application, if you choose to receive the documents from AHSEC counter, then you will have to visit AHSEC once application gets processed for correction , duplicate and migration applications.
In case of Change of institute and Admission Permission e-Services, you don't need to visit AHSEC.
In case of any exceptional case, AHSEC will inform you.

Do I need to submit the e-Application Copy to AHSEC?

No, it is for your reference


Can I pay using Challan?

No . Only online payments are allowed.

What are the online payment options?

All major Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Cards, UPI etc allowed.


What is e-Certificate?

Online Authenticity verifiable secure digital certificate.

How to verify e-Certificates?

Scan the QR code or enter the certificate no in the "VERIFY" page of this portal.
